Cancellation Policy
An important part of the therapeutic relationship is both parties commitment to attending each weekly sessions as missed sessions will impact the progress of your therapy.
Therapy sessions are scheduled in advance and are at a time reserved exclusively for one person. When a session is cancelled it is not possible to fill this time slot by offering it to someone else.
It is for these reasons that you will be charged for each session in the month and cancelled sessions will still need to be paid for.
It is possible to request an appointment change based on availability with more than 24 hours notice should something come up to prevent you from attending your scheduled session that week.
Online or telephone sessions can also be arranged if you are not able to attend in person.
If you wish to take a break from therapy you may either pay for all sessions in the month to maintain your weekly appointment time or book a new appointment time when you return based on availability.
If sessions become sporadic or you are not able to commit to a weekly appointment you may need to make appointments each week based on what is available.
Payment Terms
Each session should be paid for at the time of the session.

Please use your name as a reference.
If you wish to pay monthly you will need to pay at the beginning of the month before your first session for all of the sessions in that month.
