Terms and Conditions

Please note that you can can cancel your place in a group offering for 7-days after booking starting with the date you make the booking unless the cancellation is made 7 working days or less before the date of the first session. In this case, the 7-day cancellation period is lost, and no refund will be made.

In the unlikely event that the therapist needs to change the date or time of a session, you will be contacted. The group could be cancelled if there are less than 5 participants and full refunds will be given.

The therapist will ensure well-being and safeguarding of the group by holding an initial assessment with all group therapy participants to ensure the suitability of the participant and the therapeutic experience.

In the unlikely event that it is decided that group therapy is not suitable for you at the point of the initial assessment, you will be refunded in full.

It is important that participants don't have a social connection with other members outside of the group. In the event of this happening one participant will be moved to the next group on a first come first serve basis.

In the event that a participant leaves the group over the course of the weekly sessions, no refund will be provided.

All sessions have been paid for and you will be part of the group whether you attend or not.
